Our Story
GreenVolt Power Quality Solutions was born from a shared vision between two passionate electrical engineers to make power systems more reliable, efficient, and ready for the renewable future.
GreenVolt was founded to bridge the gap between traditional power systems and the new era of renewable technologies. Our expertise in generator sizing, Power Quality, EV charging feasibility and hybrid (renewable/diesel) systems allows us to help industry, utilities, councils and communities prepare for the demands of tomorrow.

Principal Power Quality Consultant
Dr Angelo De Francesco is a Principal Power Quality Consultant and Co-Founder of GreenVolt Power Quality Solutions.
Angelo brings more than 35 years of engineering experience and over 15 years of specialist Power Quality expertise. Originally trained as a design engineer, Angelo has led engineering and commercial teams, developed Australia’s first Class A Power Quality Analyser, and delivered Power Quality training to utilities internationally.
Angelo also has conducted extensive forensic Power Quality investigations across industrial, commercial, renewable, and utility networks, providing clients with first‑principles analysis and practical, commercially grounded recommendations.
Angelo’s background in instrumentation design, generator performance, harmonic behaviour, and renewable integration forms the technical foundation of our consulting capability.
Senior Power Quality Consultant
Archis Pendharkar is a Senior Power Quality Consultant and Co-Founder of GreenVolt Power Quality Solutions.
Trained as an Electronics Engineer with a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, Archis began his career in hardware design and testing before moving into solutions engineering and commercial roles supporting utilities and industrial operators.
He has delivered Power Quality investigations, generator studies, harmonic assessments, and product training to national utilities, combining technical capability with strong commercial execution. Archis has led commercial engineering teams, scaled business revenue, and built client‑facing technical documentation and training programs across Australia and the Pacific.
Archis focuses on forensic Power Quality analysis, utility engagement, and the commercial operations of the consultancy, bridging engineering depth with practical delivery.
